1st breeding was paid at full price: $4500

2nd breeding option is to be billed at $4000 (+ $100 administrative fee if paid by credit card) per the agreement below:

Should the client choose to buy additional breedings in 2024 due to oocyte retrieval, the terms are as follows:

3rd and subsequent breedings will be billed at $3750 to reflect multiple mare discount at $3750/breeding. An additional invoice will be generated for client.

Terms:

• Multiple mare discount is for breedings purchased in 2023.

• Embryos do not need to be implanted in 2024.

• Credit card payments incur an additional $100/transaction for administrative fees. If client would like to pay with credit card, a new invoice with the adjusted amount will be sent.

• If additional babies are born as a result of ICSI, additional implanted embryos will be paid for at $3750/embryo at 42 days post-implementation and successful ultrasound.
