1st breeding was paid at full price: $4500

2nd breeding option is to be billed at $3500 (+ $100) administrative fee per the agreement below:

Should the client choose to buy additional breedings in 2023, the terms are as follows:

2nd breeding will be billed at $3500 to reflect multiple mare discount at $4k/breeding. An additional invoice will be generated for client.

3rd breeding will be billed at $3250 to reflect multiple mare discount at $3750/breeding. An additional invoice will be generated for client.

Terms:

• Multiple mare discount is for breedings purchased in 2023.

• All 3 breedings must be paid prior to December 1, 2023.

• Breedings do not need to be used in 2023.

• Credit card payments incur an additional $100/transaction for administrative fees. If client would like to pay in full, a new invoice with the adjusted amount will be sent.

• If additional babies are born as a result of ICSI, additional implanted embryos will be paid for at $3750/embryo at 42 days post implementation and successful ultrasound.
